Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume adult-use cannabis in Massachusetts. We check a valid government-issued photo ID on every transaction. We do not sell to anyone who cannot verify they are at least 21.
Required Warnings
The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission requires that all licensed Marijuana Establishments include the following statements on advertising, marketing, and retail materials. Please read carefully before using any cannabis product.
General Warnings
- Please Consume Responsibly. This product may cause impairment and may be habit forming.
- There may be health risks associated with consumption of this product.
- Marijuana can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence of this drug.
- There may be additional health risks associated with the consumption of this product for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning on becoming pregnant in the near future.
- This product has not been analyzed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). There is limited information on the side effects of using this product, and there may be associated health risks.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. In case of accidental ingestion, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or call 9-1-1 immediately.
- This product may be illegal outside of Massachusetts. Do not transport across state lines.
Edibles-Specific Warning
- The impairment effects of edible marijuana may be delayed by two hours or more. Start with a low dose and wait at least two hours before consuming more.
- Edible cannabis products can look like regular food or candy. Store them in a secure location away from children and pets.
Responsible Use
Hometown Harvest is committed to promoting responsible adult use. If you choose to consume cannabis:
- Start low, go slow — especially with edibles or new products.
- Never drive, bike, or operate machinery after using cannabis.
- Do not mix cannabis with alcohol or other drugs.
- Consume only in private spaces where cannabis use is legally permitted. Public consumption is prohibited in Massachusetts.
- Store products securely, in their original child-resistant packaging, away from children and pets.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, talk to a healthcare provider before using cannabis.
